Pick up food at Slow Bone (Mike Keel)

Slow Bone will have this in coolers, ready to load in a car or truck

7 briskets, 3 trays each of: Mac & Cheese, Cucumber salad, Sweet Potato Praline

Deliver to Glen Rose (Mike Keel)

Deliver flags, tablecloths, beer, turkey fryer, Propane tanks, camp stove to Glen Rose (Mad Dog and Celeste)

Cadence will deliver tables, chairs, generator, mister, 2 fire extinguishers, and drink trough.

Cadence will set up the tent.

May 3, 2025 Saturday

Volunteers show up at 9:00AM

Tent Interior Setup

MF will set up flags, tables, generator, mister, fluff, fire extinguishers, and tablecloths (Alan Faddis, Mike Keel, Art Garcesa, William Garcesa, Chris Kampas)

Food Prep

Brisket (Ian)

Bring water to a boil

Dump brisket into the pot

Reduce heat to simmer

60 to 90 minutes until soft and ready to serve

Mac and Cheese (TBD)

Received in separate containers

Mix together and warm to serve

Sweet Potato Praline (Ali and Stacy)

Topping shipped separately

Spread on base and serve

Cucumber and Tomato (Ali and Stacy)

Serve right out of the cooler

Brats and hot dogs (Ian + TBD)

Cook on the camp stove flat top

Brisket, hot dogs, and brats, with buns for the hot dogs and brats
